Studio Policy
-Thank you for being here! Please know you will get the most professional, thorough, friendly and fun lessons I can give. And also note that there are slightly different policies for Private Lessons, Harmony Road classes, and Voice Classes.-Lesson fees for private lessons are to be paid at the beginning of the month. We will set up a regular weekly time slot that is assigned to you. Classes are scheduled by semester may have payment plans broken down monthly.
-There are no guarantees that you will be able to attend each week and that is understood. No make up lessons or rescheduling is guaranteed or expected, because the fees are already adjusted in the monthly plan discount. I will reschedule with you if I need to cancel a lesson.
-Tuition may be paid by cash or check, made payable to Renee Anderson, and either hand-delivered or mailed. There is also the option to pay on this website through Pay-Pal.
-Please knock on the door at the time of your lesson so I know that you are here and ready to begin.
-Please call or text to 317-753-3779 if you need to cancel or notify me if you are running late.
-Private students need to bring a spiral notebook dedicated for your lessons, a pencil, your music books, and a recording device if you would like to record lessons.
-Harmony Road classes are assisted by one parent or care-giver per child. This does not have to be the same person each week.
-No food is allowed in lessons, only a drink in a container with a lid. Please do not put drinks on a piano, only in the area provided.
-Practice the assigned lesson daily for best results!
-A 30-day notice is required to discontinue lessons and tuition commitments.
